When you visit our sites, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us via form entry — upon which you may be contacted for customer service purposes and follow-up on the use of our websites and forms. We do not rent, share, sell, or trade e-mail addresses.

We send the Vinesse CyberCircle newsletter — our email update on wine news, membership benefits and limited-release wine opportunities — to members who request it. You can unsubscribe at any time by following instructions in the emails.

Terms of the Sale

How the Wine Clubs Work

No obligation, ever, period. Cancel anytime, really.

Our limited-time special collections are just our way of introducing you to the Vinesse family of wine clubs. If you are delighted with your trial shipment, do nothing, and each month, you'll receive a sampler of new, hand-crafted wines conveniently delivered to your door. Your future wine club shipments are value-priced, and delivery charges are passed on to you at our cost.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every wine we sell and back this with our Vinesse Satisfaction Guarantee. While taste in wine is uniquely personal and can vary widely among individuals, all the wines we feature exceed our high standards of quality and value. If you are dissatisfied with a wine, please contact us within 45 days of your purchase to arrange a replacement.

Wines being replaced for your satisfaction are added to your next club shipment to avoid additional shipping fees.

Wine Substitutions

Because some wines are in very limited supply, substitutions for wines similar in character and of equal value may occasionally be made.

Void Where Prohibited

Offer void where prohibited. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing this order with us, you authorize Vinesse, Inc. to act on your behalf in processing this order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver it. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited by law and void to everyone under 21 years old.

Non-wine and "free" offers

Non-wine orders may be shipped into any state. Due to state alcohol regulations, items, in some instances, may not be given away for "free". Although an offer may be positioned that you are receiving a free gift and incentive, you are in fact receiving the wine and gift at an overall discounted price.

CA Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with the California Courts.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

We hope we never have a dispute, but if we do, and we agree to try for 60 days to resolve it informally. If we can't, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA") and not to sue in court in front of a judge or jury. Instead, a neutral arbitrator will decide and the arbitrator's decision will be final except for a limited right of appeal under the FAA. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, private attorney-general actions, and other proceedings where someone acts in a representative capacity aren't allowed.

Taxes

Taxes will be added to any shipments, where applicable.

Credits & Returns

Because the wines we offer are rare and in limited supply, orders are subject to availability. If necessary we will replace with wines of equal or greater value.

If in the rare event that a shipment is returned to us or is undeliverable within 45 days of shipping, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment less a 15% restocking fee, less shipping and handling, provided that the wines are returned in good condition. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of the shipment to receive your credit. Wines being replaced for your satisfaction are added to your next club shipment to avoid additional shipping fees. Partner offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual offer. Not all wines are available in all states.

No Responsibility to Sell Mispriced Products or Services

Vinesse, LLC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.

Shipping & Handling

Adult Signature Required

All carriers specify that wine orders require a person at least 21 years of age sign for your delivery. The use of a business address can help expedite delivery by a day and often makes the signature requirement easier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for wine within the continental U.S. are applied using the following rates and will appear in the shopping cart before you complete your transaction. The carrier and service speed may vary by state and time of year.

For all orders and club shipments of wine, shipping rates are applied per bottle according to the chart below. Quantities listed represent box sizes used for shipping. For quantities not listed, go to next higher quantity. Quantities over 12 will ship in two or more boxes.

For all orders and club shipments of wine to NY, NJ, ME, DC, MA, IN, AZ, TX, KS, MT, DE, RI, GA, FL, MI, CT, NC, NH, OH, SC, VA, VT, WV an additional surcharge of 17% will be added to the shipment total.

For all orders and club shipments of wine to PA and IL an additional surcharge of 20% will be added to the shipment total.

For all orders and club shipments of wine to all other shippable states an additional surcharge of 8.5% will be added to the shipment total.

For residential deliveries, a $2.50 surcharge will be applied. Because wine shipping regulations require an adult signature, having your wine shipments delivered to a business address is often the best choice. Members who have made the switch report a much better experience, and the $2.50 surcharge will be waived for shipments to business addresses. Call us anytime to make the switch.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipments to the states of Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional surcharge of 30%.

For Gift Baskets, Accessories and Samplers, each of which ships separately (some exemptions apply), pricing is applied per item according to the chart below based on weight. Some additional fee surcharges may be added for some items shipped from different locations.
