While taste in wine is uniquely personal and can vary widely among individuals, all the wines we feature exceed our high standards of quality and value.If you are dissatisfied with a delivered wine, please contact us within 45 days of your purchase to arrange a replacement. In the event of a shipping error on our part, we will replace the incorrect items with the correct items subject to availability.
When you join or subscribe to a Vinesse wine club, you agree to the terms of the sale.
Vinesse happily accommodates changes in budgets, tastes, or shipping schedules. Please contact us for full options.It is important for customers to contact Vinesse in advance to give notice of any travel or inability to accept wine orders or scheduled wine club shipments. For wine club shipments, customers should contact customer service 5 days before scheduled shipments to ensure any changes can be made to upcoming shipments.
You may cancel your membership by contacting us. The cancelation will be effective when we process your request. Shipments that have been processed and are in progress at the warehouse or delivery at the time of cancellation cannot generally be stopped and are the obligation of the customer, so memberships should be canceled 5 days before the next scheduled shipment.

Once processed, wine orders are perishable like a meal at a restaurant, and each shipment is custom-prepared for each customer and guaranteed by our Vinesse Satisfaction Guarantee. Upon shipping, all sales are final. In the event a shipment is returned to us for any reason, a Vinesse merchandise credit will be issued to the purchasing customer's Vinesse account. The amount is the amount paid for merchandise plus taxes paid less deductions for any unsaleable condition merchandise, shipping, handling, and any applicable surcharges found in the current shipping pricing, regardless of the amount paid for shipping for the original returned shipment. Merchandise credits are subject to terms and limitations (see terms). We may destroy returned merchandise or restock it, at our discretion.
Because some wines are in very limited supply, substitutions for wines similar in character and of equal value may occasionally be made. All wines are subject to our Vinesse Satisfaction Guarantee.
All offers are void where prohibited.
Although some offers may be positioned as receiving a free gift and incentive, you are in fact receiving the wine and gift together at an overall discounted price.
We reserve the right to refuse certain orders. If we suspect fraud, abuse, or other reasons, orders may canceled without notice. We may cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing incorrect information or typographical errors.
All introductory wine club membership offers, promotions and benefits are limited to one per household.
Vinesse Merchandise Credits are issued from time to time to customer accounts, e.g. for a returned order. These credits are not redeemable for cash. They may be spent on any future order and are redeemable for merchandise, shipping, handling, fees or tax.

We collect information on customers and users of our sites that we use in connection with our advertising and fulfillment of our services. We do not collect your identity or contact information unless you provide it to us. We do not share customer or user information with third parties for purposes other than we state in our policies. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited by law and void to everyone under 21 years old. Misrepresentation of age in connection with the purchase of alcohol may be punishable by law.
All sales are made through licensed entities and under the authority of applicable licenses. In certain cases, wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. In such cases, we make no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of California. In such cases, the buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. In such cases, by placing an order, the customer authorizes us to act on their behalf in processing this order, including engaging third parties deliver it.
This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California.Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in California.
We hope we never have a dispute, but if we do, we agree to try for 60 days to resolve it informally. If we cannot, you and we agree to binding individual arbitrationbefore the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA") and not to sue in court in front of a judge or jury. Instead, a neutral arbitrator will decide and the arbitrator's decision will be final except for a limited right of appeal under the FAA. You agree to waive your right to civil suits, class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, private attorney-general actions, and other proceedings where someone acts in a representative capacity.
